OUR FOUNDER 

S’D’K Shop, doing business as Studd Da Kidd shops, is an American multinational entertainment convenience store company, engaged in designing centralized functions to help artists achieve entertainment economies of scale and efficiency by streamlining, Centralizing, all aspects of needs for an artist's personal and career welfare. It is positioned to be considered one of the Big Five American music companies. 

 

S’D’K Shop was founded on September 4, 2023, by Studd Da Kidd in Austin, TX. The company originally started as an online music distribution and artist bootcamp name Tama Industries but gradually expanded its offerings to include a wide range of service categories. This diversification led to it being referred to as "S’D’K Shop."

 

The company has multiple subsidiaries, including Exposure Explosion Festival, Holland Restaurants, S’D’K Hype Girls, Studd Space Concert Exploration, Studd Air Aviation and many more. Its acquisition of a convenience store structure in October 2023 substantially increased its market and presence as a physical retailer focused strictly for musicians. S’D’K Shop also distributes a variety of downloadable and streaming content through its many music services. 

 

S’D’K Shop made a major move by publishing handbooks and how each service works through Barnes and Noble to bring gimbal free awareness about how S’D’K Shop works. S’D’K Shop film and television content through its prize models S’D’K Hype Girls S’D’K Shop acquired Studd Da Kidd Production in February 2024.
