S’D’K Shop, operating under the name Studd Da Kidd Shops, is an American multinational entertainment convenience store company. It focuses on providing centralized functions to help artists achieve economies of scale and efficiency in their personal and career welfare.

 

The company aims to be recognized as one of the Big Five American music companies. Founded on September 4, 2023, by Studd Da Kidd in Austin, TX, S’D’K Shop began as an online music distribution and artist bootcamp called Tama Industries. Over time, it expanded its offerings to include a diverse range of services, leading to its current name, S’D’K Shop. The company has several subsidiaries, including Exposure Explosion Festival, Holland Restaurants, S’D’K Hype Girls, Studd Space Concert Exploration, Studd Air Aviation, and more.

 

In October 2023, its acquisition of a convenience store infrastructure significantly increased its market presence as a physical retailer focused specifically on musicians. Additionally, S’D’K Shop distributes a variety of downloadable and streaming content through its multiple music services. S’D’K Shop made a significant move by publishing handbooks detailing how each of its services works through Barnes & Noble, aiming to raise awareness about the company's operations. The company also produces film and television content featuring its flagship models, S’D’K Hype Girls. In February 2024, S’D’K Shop acquired Studd Da Kidd Production.
